Chicago in the summer is awesome. Whenever I travel, I'm always inviting people to come for a visit. I'm a truthful unofficial ambassador, I always recommend the summer because our winters are not for the faint of heart!
But like most people, I rarely take advantage of all the cool stuff the city has to offer.
My summer goal is to enjoy Chicago and get more exercise. Lucky for me the city is helping out by having free work sessions every Saturday through the end of August at Millennium Park. They have Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Zumba. I've already done Pilates and am looking forward to yoga.
So if you're looking to change up that work out and try something new or want to just get out of the gym head downtown for a free session. Look for me, I'm probably the one sweating really hard :-)
